Having spent years immersed in the corporate world of construction, we began to feel the weight of an industry that too often places profits over people. We don’t use subcontractors. Every project is handled in-house, with Tim personally overseeing and working on-site to ensure consistent quality and accountability from start to finish. He’s supported by an apprentice, who’s being trained with the same focus on craftsmanship and care, and by Tara—who manages the business operations and client communication behind the scenes. Together, we’ve created a tight-knit team that’s efficient, professional, and deeply invested in every project we take on.
