Having spent years immersed in the corporate world of construction, we began to feel the weight of an industry that too often places profits over people. We saw talented individuals working tirelessly yet receiving little in return—both in recognition and respect. It became clear that the heart of the industry had been lost amidst the pressure of deadlines and numbers. We don’t use subcontractors. Every project is handled in-house, with Tim personally overseeing and working on-site to ensure consistent quality and accountability from start to finish. He’s supported by an apprentice, who’s being trained with the same focus on craftsmanship and care, and by Tara—Tim’s partner—who manages the business operations and client communication behind the scenes. Together, we’ve created a tight-knit team that’s efficient, professional, and deeply invested in every project we take on.
